Tasks and Responsibilities
generate and qualify leads
source and develop client referrals
develop and maintain a customer database
develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
conduct direct marketing activities
make sales calls to new and existing clients
maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
follow up on sales activity
perform quality checks on product and service delivery
monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
conduct market research and surveys
participate in sales events
monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
In addition you will be trained as a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect. This part of the role will be developed over time to ensure you move into a consultative sales, technology and solution focused role. You will be trained to provide pre-sales technical support and expertise. You will need to develop a strong vendor relationship and be required to ensure an understanding of the vendor’s products and technologies. This will enable you to provide sales support and solution expertise on qualified opportunities: assume responsibility for technical pre-sales solution design and work with Account Managers on client proposals.
2 years Sales experience required.
