Thorogoods Timber

An established timber merchant and importer based in East Anglia,
Thorogoods Timber had been badly let down by its IT service provider. Following a full assessment of current systems, APC recommended an upgrade of the existing network to 1000Mps, re-cabling of head office, and a server upgrades. This programme was followed by supply of new hardware that included new advanced network switches, workstations and backup provision. Broadband was provided over structured networks and wireless, together with firewall and anti-virus protection. The changes have increased productivity by use of hot desking and allows buyers to stay in touch from anywhere in the world.
