Quest Motors

This leading Vauxhall dealership with 3 sites required links for data and voice between their offices spread across Essex. A dedicated Free Space Optical laser link providing 100Mbs was installed to give fast, cost effective communications whilst allowing the business to expand its IT usage at remote sites. Two additional Motorola PTP400 and PTP600 RF links were also installed to provide additional connectivity between the dealership’s Head Office and its new Maldon Dealership, a distance of 19.6km as the crow flies. This new link provides high bandwidth between the sites to allow voice, CCTV and daily data requirements for the IT systems. APC continues to manage and support Quest Motors for all day to day IT support as well as its
communications backhaul.
