APC customers are provided with a training and support programme that will help ensure their networking infrastructure remains fully operational. A 24x7 support service is on offer giving instant access to qualified engineers should emergency problems arise.
Maintenance programmes are also available. These allow the engineer to resolve operational difficulties on his visit, plus provide an opportunity to consider future needs and plan necessary upgrades.
Support is tailored to each customer; APC’s own escalation procedure ensures that problems are resolved quickly and efficiently with minimum impact on service delivery.
